Sponsoring a kennel is a great opportunity for families, community groups, organizations, and companies to make sure our shelter pets have the best care during their stay at the shelter. Whether you are looking to advertise your business, memorialize a loved one, honor a pet, or are just searching for the perfect gift, sponsoring a kennel is a wonderful opportunity to help other pets find their own loving, forever homes!
When you sponsor a kennel, you provide financial support for CHS shelter pets. Your gift goes toward the daily care, medical care, and comfort of our shelter pets.
As a Kennel Sponsor you will receive:
- A personalized plaque placed on a kennel for an entire year.
- Your sponsorship acknowledged annually in our newsletter.
- Recognition on our website.
- Chesapeake Humane Society is a Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization so your donation is tax-deductible!

Cat Kennel – $250
Provides shelter for a single cat condo for one year
Cat Tower – $500
Provides shelter for bonded adult pairs or small kitten litters for one year
Cat Colony Room – $1,000
Provides community shelter for cats and kittens for one year
Critter Cabana – $250
Provides shelter for small animals for one year
Dog Kennel, Small – $500
Provides shelter for small to medium dogs for one year
Dog Kennel, Large – $1,000
Provides shelter for large dogs for one year
Dog Isolation – $2,500
Provides separate shelter for dogs with communicable diseases while they are being treated and cared for.
Intake Room – $2,500
Provides critical space to perform exams and vaccinations for all shelter pets.
Canine Play Yard – $5,000
Provides outdoor activities and enrichment for our shelter dogs
Multipurpose Room – $5,000
Provides space for humane education programs, volunteer orientations and training, and organization meeting space for one year.
