The Chesapeake Humane Society (CHS) operates an adoption center and a low-cost, high-volume clinic, offering preventative veterinary care, spay/neuter surgery, dentals, and various surgical procedures. CHS depends on support from the community and individual donors in order to carry out its mission.
Employment Opportunities
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic candidates for the following positions:
Veterinary Clinic positions:
Associate Veterinarian, full-time, part-time, or relief
Licensed Veterinary Technician, full-time, or part-time
Veterinary Assistant, full-time, or part-time
Shelter positions:
Animal Care Attendant, full-time, or part-time
Community Outreach Organizer, 1099-Contracted Position for 3 months with potential to transition to full or part-time work.
