We are here to help.
We understand that emergencies and hardship comes in many different forms and can affect anyone at anytime. If you are struggling with a crisis situation, Chesapeake Humane Society offers a Crisis Boarding Program for families in need of a temporary home for their pet(s). The purpose of this program is to provide care for pets and to reunite pets with their families following a crisis. The length of stay for this program is dependent on the situation. We are dedicated to preserving the human-animal bond during times of crisis.
