Appointments
The fastest way to request an appointment for spay/neuter, vaccines, dental exam, or illness exam is through our online form. If you are unable to complete the form online, please call us at 757-546-5355 and we will assist you with scheduling the appointment.
We have a high volume of requests; please be aware that it may take 2-4 weeks to respond. In order to be seen through our clinic, we require that your pet is up-to-date on rabies, heartworm test, and heartworm prevention and we ask that you email medical records to clinic@chesapeakehumane.org. If your pet is not up-to-date on any of these requirements, we can provide those services for you.
To request an appointment for soft tissue surgery or heartworm treatment, please email clinic@chesapeakehumane.org.
